Discovery, Audit, Research & Insights: First, let’s do our research. Find out what your competitors are doing, analyze cultural trends and how you fit in, imagine future scenarios, and most importantly - find out what your community needs. Read the tea leaves and anchor your organization in reality and the current context.
Audience Research: Qualitative and quantitative research including survey design, workshop design, moderation, focus group, and interviews.
Strategy: Once we have an understanding of the goals and landscape, we can synthesize our insights and research into a central brand strategy that will help inform all communications and materials. This takes shape as a positioning statement, naming, unifying ideas for the organization, and audience definition. This phase includes consensus building among stakeholders for how to move forward as a cohesive voice and idea.
Messaging Strategy & Copywriting: What are the primary messages to focus on now that we have our core strategy? How do we best communicate with our audiences? What tone of voice makes sense?
Creative Direction: What visual languages and references can we pull from or invent? This phase can include mood boarding through design direction.
Communications & Content Strategy: Once you have a strategy in place, we can explore how it comes to life through your channels.
