Research and strategy aren’t silver bullets or magical solutions. They’re pieces of a process that reveal new insights and create clarity and consensus. Every organization and project is different, but the act of gathering information and making sense of it so you can tell your story is powerful no matter what stage of development you’re in.
I’ve spent the last 13 years leading research, brand strategy, new business, and marketing processes. This work has taken me through a diverse range of topics and industries - retail, technology, education, museums, design, environmental activism, and more. These experiences combine business and art, allowing me to bring critical and conceptual thinking to every challenge.
I’m enthusiastic (to a fault) about immersing in new topics. I say “to a fault” because I might try to talk your ear off about highly specific subject matter, but I like knowing a little something about a lot of things, and I like working with you to connect the dots about the people and communities you want to reach.
